For off-plan villas already under construction, the scope of changes depends on the build stage — we tell you exactly what is still possible before you commit.
A typical Frigate timeline: design 4–6 weeks, permits and PBG 4–8 weeks, construction 6–8 months, finishing 4–6 weeks — total 8–12 months from land acquisition to handover. We build this into the financial model from day one so you know when rental income starts.
