How an off-plan purchase works

From Reservation to Keys — Five Clear Stages

Your payments are tied to verified construction progress, not a calendar. Each stage is documented and inspected before the next instalment is due.

  1. Reservation — 10%

    A reservation deposit fixes your unit, the floor plan and today's pre-launch price. We hand you the contract, the building permit and the ownership structure for review.

  2. Contract & foundation — 30%

    On signing, the instalment is released as the foundation and structural frame go in. You receive dated site photos and the verified progress report for the stage.

  3. Structure & roof — 30%

    With walls, slabs and the roof complete, the third instalment funds the build's heaviest phase — inspected and signed off before it is requested.

  4. Finishing & fit-out — 25%

    Interiors, pool, landscaping and engineering systems are completed. We walk you through a pre-handover snag list so nothing carries into ownership.

  5. Handover & title — 5%

    The final 5% is paid at handover, against the keys and the registered ownership documents. Rental management, if you want it, is set up the same week.

Frigate has completed 30+ villas since 2015 with zero unfinished objects, and your payments are released against inspected milestones, never upfront. How much do I actually save by buying before completion?

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. We settle off-plan purchases in major cryptocurrencies as well as bank transfer, and structure each milestone payment to keep the paper trail clean for ownership registration. Tell us your preferred asset and we will lay out the exact flow before you reserve.

What happens if construction is delayed?

Your contract fixes the handover window and the remedies if it slips, and because instalments are tied to construction milestones, a delay also delays the payment — never the reverse. We share dated progress reports throughout, so a schedule never surprises you.

Will the property be ready to rent the day it is handed over?

Yes. Off-plan units are delivered fully finished — interiors, pool, landscaping and systems complete. We can set up professional rental management in the handover week, so the projected yield starts working without an idle gap.
